Affiliates can also become Program Consultants and work directly with mortgage companies to help them operate their system.  Program Consultants arrange a monthly retainer and or hourly fees to work with owners and managers on a regularly scheduled annual basis.

Program Consultants provide training, process implementation, benchmarking, volume variance analysis, coaching, sales and marketing consulting, working with accounting firms and other mortgage compliance consulting.
