One of the best features of our system has been the automated e-mail notification process.  As key events are recorded in the loan record e-mail messages are triggered with language to describe the e- mail.  At preset intervals emails in the message queue are transmitted directly through your e-mail server.  If you don't have an e-mail server to use, we will provide you with one we use and have found to be extremely reliable and effective. Over the past 10 years we have distributed over 25,000 emails to our customers and partners in the loan process.  Not once did we ever get a complaint about receiving these emails.
