Q1.  We have a small company that has not been very computer literate.  We had a company setup a network for us and we use our local cable company for the Internet.  Do we need an IT specialist?

A1. No. All of the programs can be installed directly to your server by anyone with an administrator access.  See Minimum Required Systems

All programs are run from the server copy of the software from Shortcuts placed on the Workstation Desktop.

A Simple Wizard is provided to setup your software for your Company.

There is very little maintenance required on the system and once you begin using them it will continue to operate exactly the same way every day.  Just as it has been since 1997 when we fired up our first working version.
