E-mail communication is becoming the cornerstone of business communications.  The e-mail operation of a company must be carefully planned and executed in order to protect the comopany and the privacy of it's customers.
E-mail use in the program is very flexible and can be customized to the practices of most companies.  Typical scenarios are:
Outlook - Each user operates MS Outlook to capture and store e-mail.
Web Based - Each user signs onto a web site using a web browser to read, create and store emails.
Client Programs - Each user runs a program on their computer just like outlook.
E-mail can be customized to use Outlook or web based systems.  Also a separate client e-mail program is provided in the system.  See CoFemail
