Receives Emails from any pop.server account including secure connections (SSL)

Processes the emails by the following:

Forwards any e-mail from a Contact directly to that contact record including  attachments.  A message is sent to the receipient.

If Remove is in the subject E-mail will be removed from the database

Otherwise its a returned postmaster for a bad e-mail address so the address is extracted  out of the e-mail and removed from the database
