E-mail Receiving is a program that can be run from any workstation or by any user.

The Basic Configuration Files are stored locally in the User Charter Oak folder.

The Receiver can be set to do the following:

1. Receive emails from any POP server

2. Collect emails that match the contact file.

3. Collect Lender Rate Sheets and post them to the rate sheet files.

4. Collect E-mail returns from postmasters and auto remove bad e-mail address.

5 Collect E-mail REMOVE requests in subject line to auto remove e-mail address and send a  confirmation e-mail.
