Faxes received over phone lines are transmitted in digital format then printed by fax machines.  The program collects the fax image directly from the phone line.  It then converts any low resolution images to normal resolution and then captures the file, compresses it, and saves it in PDF format.

Faxes can be viewed from any workstation and copied directly into the loan documents.
