The Fax Sender could be on the same computer as the Fax Receiver and Letter Printer. 

If you have more than 3 users or are sending many faxes a day this machine should be operating alone in its own virtual machine.  The Fax Sender will queue a large number of faxes and deliver them when the phone line is available.

Or faxes can be scheduled ahead of time.
