Thank you for the opportunity to work with you and your staff.  My goal from the beginning is to provide you with a system to run your business successfully.  The measure of "Success" in a business is very subjective and can only be defined by you. In order to do this properly my process requires taking the following step:

I will perform a one-day on site analysis of your current business model.  This one-day is performed on a Saturday when no non management employees are present and the business is not operating.  The purpose of this site analysis is to inventory your key management processes and document your current business model as being implemented.  We will also establish the primary needs of your organization.

After completing the review I will prepare a detailed action plan to establish new and improved systems and procedures to accomplish your individual objectives.

I will also provide you with option to install my proprietary software to help implement the system and become the vehicle by which to role out your system improvement to your staff.  All employees will be able to use a single integrated system to help you operate and manage your business.
