6.1.1 Introduction
As an administrator your goal is to assist with the use of the program as it relates to the success of the business or organization.
You will be involved with all aspects of the program operation.
Remember the primary purpose of using any program or system is to accomplish your business objectives.  The use of any program should be able to comfortably reside next to and in with the operations of the company.
The program is designed to not only guide but to monitor and report on the results of its use.
