When it comes down to the next basic question: "Why are we all here? The answer could then again be because of my "Customers".

As a business owner we are always thinking about customers.

I must agree that in order for this system to work I must put customers in front of every purpose and every procedure.

But to be more specific here are a few reasons why my system will help improve customer satisfaction.
