Our service provides a single core of products and processes that we support and continue to develop.

All programs operate as described.  Updates provide for fixes and added features and are guaranteed to not  interfere with daily operation of the programs.

(1) The License will operate for the maximum number of users per installation.

(2) Setup fee is payable along with three months of support before a new license is issued.

(3) The Basic Support service program provides e-mail support within 15 minutes of your support request

(4) The Extra Support service program provides telephone support within 15 minute on all support requests.

(5) The Premium Support Service provides on line remote support directly to your computer within 15  minutes of the request.

(6) Maintenance License provides users with expiring License Code. The software times out after expiration  of maintenance subscription period.   Expired software will still operate but have minimum features.  Programs like Fax and e-mail will continue to operate as will all other vital functions.

(7) Purchase License provides users with indefinite License code.  Maintenance plan is free for six months.  Thereafter maintenance plan is 50% of current rate.  

(8) Purchase of Source code provides the ability to modify and generate all programs for Your Licensee Use  only.  (Application Generator files, Clarion 6 IDE (Enterprise edition) and all 3rd Party templates are included)

(9) Monthly per user fees are based upon the maximum users per month.

(10) All support is generally provided to the system administrator.  Individual user training is the requirement  of the Licensed User Company.  Individual training Videos are available.  Customized On Site Training  Classes are also available  

Monthly payment plans include payments due quarterly in advance.
