If you are doing the installation here is how to set up the system and get going in a few minutes:

P.S.  The installation file is a Microsoft Windows compliant install program using SetupBuilder and it is  guaranteed to be free of viruses and any other mal-ware.  The program does not alter your computer in any  way nor does it make any registry entries.  All Charter Oak programs are all self-contained and do not  interfere with any other programs used on your system.

An Un-install program is also provided to completely remove any files installed on your system.  It will  remove any of your data.

All installation programs are designed to be run on a new installation or updating from a previous version.  Updates to an existing application does not affect your data.  Any data files which need to be updated will  automatically update the first time the file is used.
