As a CPA I am aware of the need to completely establish up front the extent and scope of the services to be provided.  So I individually contract with each prospective member the exact nature of the services to be provided along with the expectations of the member. 

This process involves a three step process to accomplish.

1. You must create an inquiry about you and your business.

2. I must present you with a proposed solution

3. We both must agree to the terms.

There are three key documents that must be fully executed by an officer of the company:
