One of the critical aspects of a successful
system is its ability to become widely adopted within the business
and, at the same time, not get in the way of business.
Therefore as the program was developed I realized that I could
never give an employee an excuse about not accomplishing a
particular task because of the program. The program in the
beginning is an easy target for criticism and doubt particularly
when a user is skeptical, which they all are. Skepticism
always arises when users are not familiar with this new
system. The real point is that CO systems attempts never to
be the only way a task can be done. This means that
redundancy is built into the program because most of its functions
are carried out by some other program, which users are familiar
with.
More specifically is a user needs to:
Schedule a meeting they could always use
Outlook
Send an e-mail they could always use

Retrieve a fax they could always use the fax
computer or the old fax machine

Write a Pre Qualification Letter use Word
