11.8 Why do documents keep displaying after I copy or scan them
Whenever information is included in the files a
visual verification of the new file contents must be made in
order to ensure that only correct documents are included in a file.
It is very easy to select a wrong file to include in a
record. Every time a file is scanned or copied from a
computer, e-mail or a fax the new file must be visually
confirmed as being the correct one.
