Properly sized image files are important for e-mail delivery.  A very large image file will explode to its full  size when sending in a digital format.  In order to send a properly sized image you can take any image  and create sized images for Thumbnail (e-mail logos), Screen display (internet web sites) or Print  Quality used in reports and flyers.

Load the File using the Image editor.

Set the Wire frame to Target and resize to fit the image.

Press Save.

Select the type JPG is fine and so are any of the others.

Click on File sets.

Here is where the file sizes are set.

Be sure to Create an appropriate name.

Press Save to Complete.

Your files will be located in your Work directory.
