Auto e-mail removal is a process by which your contacts can click on an icon or Unsubscribe button on your emails  which will connect directly to Your auto e-mail responder program.  The contacts e-mail will be removed from your  contact records and they will receive an e-mail confirmation.

To activate set the Default E-mail responder address.

Run the CoWebRespond.exe program on your web server

To Stop E-mail Removal Links from being added to all emails remove the E-mail Remove Address from the  Company Properites
