After your initial discussion with the customer once you have decided to proceed with their transaction,  you pull the credit and discuss the following:
  • credit issues
  • debt issues
  • income issues
  • property issues
You set them up for difficulties in a new environment and the need for a professional who can guide them  thru the process.  Now more than ever.
Follow up with emailing them a copy of the credit.
